We are an English couple who have chosen to live and make a life in Italy we are not a large company with offices and overheads and our prices will be a pleasant suprise so before you sign up with agencies, give us a try.
Our service list ranges from a simple grass cutting visit, to more detailed gardening and landscaping from experienced gardeners, through to house maintenance repairs and cleaning. We have done many restoration projects and pride ourselves on using where possible original materials.
We are situated in San Venanzo, Monte San Martino, Macerata. About 60 km from Ancona Airport on the Adriatic coast, and about 80 km from Pescara Airport, further south along the coast. We have rooms which we let on a bed and breakfast basis, so if you are only here for a few days, or don't want the expense of renting a villa, this might be what you are looking for. If you want a relaxing few days, or maybe the area is where you are looking to buy, we are in a great central position.
We have good knowledge of the area and would be pleased, by arrangement, to show you around, and introduce you to good recommended agents if you wish. Although we are not connected to any agency or other organisation.
